Breakfast Today

Good Morning!  Jon is a big fan of Sunday Breakfast, so, I took this opportunity to make this Yummy Scones Recipe by Donald.  WOW, I love scones, but, I've never made them before!  They turned out really well!!  Thanks Donald!  I made the straightforward version of them with just milk, no egg or sour cream, but now I can't wait to try some different variations such as the sour cream or added fruit!  Rasberry scones are my favorite!  I was out of any jam/jelly/preserves so I had them with applesauce instead.  Pretty good!!  Being the mid-west raised boy that he is, Jon had something like 8 strips of bacon, 6 eggs over-easy, 2 slices of toast (at this point does it matter that it was whole-wheat??) and a glass of milk!  Is there any room for wonder why I only make breakfast once a week??  Have a great day all!  I have some great ideas cooking for dinner!  ;)
