Special Celebration

Okay, my parents are coming over from overseas, Australia, so I am stressing a little bit. When it comes to food, my parents are a bit picky, specially my dad. For him, things need to be done a certain way. So what am I to do for lunches and dinners in the house? well, I have no clue. First, he does not like strong and powerful spices, they upset his stomach, slow down his digestion, and bla, bla, bla. Mother on the other hand, is open to new things, new tastes, new flavors. So I guess I am going to have to start looking for recipes that are simple to start with, and then easy to enhance so my mother and I can eat decent and tasty food.
