What gastronomical delights will the week bring....

Here I sit on Friday at work. Luckily for me I can surf and work at the same time. If the phone isn't ringing I can surf. So I will spend the day looking for some good recipes for the upcoming week. I like to try something different every week. I figure if I have to keep the same man I can at least change the menu from week to week! I think this week I will search out a recipe from Iran or somewhere in that region. We have an employee who because he was of the Bahia faith had to leave Iran in the middle of the night with his family. Apparently if your children aren't Muslims they can't go to school. So in honor of my Iranian friend that is my mission of the week. So off I go to Iran for the day...
