Stormy Saturday: ham and cheese sandwiches, which I remember having growing up. Felt very homey. Sunday was Middle Eastern take out -- falafel pita for me, shishkebab pita for him. Monday: Meatloaf. Mmmm. Just posted the recipe. It's a completely basic recipe, but very good. Parsley potatoes, sauted zucchini for sides. Tonight: Tilapia, I think with a parsley mustard sauce. Not quite sure on sides. Leftovers, stuffed chicken, and pot roast will round out the week.
