Macaroni Salad search

Years ago the local super market had a tangy macaroni salad that was to die for. I guess the cook left or died or something but they no longer make it. I also used to live across the street from this great little deli that had a ham and cheese macaroni salad with dill that was to die for. That deli is now defunct too. Woe is me. So I have been thinking about it lately and I think I will make a coleslaw dressing add a little dill and cheese cubes and add it too cooked macaroni. If you want something done right do it yourself I think. So that is my latest mission. So much to do so little time...
