SUGAR COOKIE...

I am looking to bake sugar cookies soon.... I have a cut-out sugar cookie recipe I use frequently, that I absolutely love [doesn't spread, easy to make]. BUT,... I'd love to see if I could bake up a large cookie cut-out. One that would be "about as" large as a regular cookie-sheet. Only, I've never done this before.... Not anything larger than a regular cookie. Anyone have any tips, advice, or helpful hints to give??? Can I use the same baking temp? What about baking time? Longer? Shorter? Here's the recipe I use.... http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Sugar-Cookie-Cutouts/Detail.aspx I was hoping to be able to roll it out [after chilling it] and using a template to cut my desired shape. I'd like to get this one right! ________________**************************_______________________ THANK YOU TO ALL THAT EMAILED AND MESSAGED ME WITH TIPS AND HELP WITH THIS. I ENDED UP BAKING IT AT 325 (AS OPPOSED TO 350 USED IN THE ORIG. RECIPE) AND BAKED IT FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES (OPPOSED TO 14...) WATCHED IT VERY VERY CLOSELY, WAITED TILL THE EDGES BROWNED,... REMEMBERED TO USE PARCHMENT PAPER, AND REMEMBERED TO ROLL IT THICK. IT CAME OUT JUST FINE, AND TURNED OUT TO BE A HIT AT THE BABY SHOWER I TOOK IT TO! THE RECIPIENTS WERE VERY PLEASED AND THANKFUL!
