So the Journey Begins...

So far its been slow and I've been checking my student account on a daily basis to see when my enrollment window opens. The more I think about it the more excited I get, that's until I realize I gotta pay for it still. It's back to being a broke student but I'd rather be a broke student learning what I love as to being stuck in this insurance company (no offense for those in the industry). I was looking at the classes for the first semester and I'm most looking forward to the knive handling class. Learning the difference b/w a dice, slice, chop and mince. Not to mention how to take care of a knife and learning how to sharpen it....which is something I don't know how to do. I remember when I was a little girl living in the country there was a man that came around in a little blue truck with a bell attached to the side-view mirror. He would sharpen knives, axes and saws for us so I never worried. Speaking of knives, I need to buy a set soon. Ok so enough with my ranting....I should be getting back to work... Ciao bella! T
