Looking for a "go to" frosting

Hi Everyone. I'm new to the site and I'm looking to pick up some good techniques and tips. I recently made a wedding cake and then a birthday cake this weekend. I have a standard buttercream frosting that I use and everyone seems to enjoy. But I'm looking for something that really is going to have the wow factor. Nothing fancy to take away from the delicious cake. Just something basic that I can use as a "go to". Thanks!
