Arthritis

I think I am getting old! It is horrifying. I think I am getting arthritis in my finger. I have sinusitis. Now my arm aches and I am sure it is the equipment at work doing it after all these years. So either I am getting old or I am a hypochondriac. I was watching wife swap last night, I know, I shouldn't admit to things like that, anyway there was one family that ate a raw food diet. It was soooooo disgusting. I don't mind raw vegetables and fruit but these people were eating raw meat, raw chicken, raw beef etc. Just totally disgusting. Anyhow it made me realize how what you eat can affect how you feel. If only chocolate were calorie-free. My latest pet peeve is the chewing gum industry. What is wrong with good old fashioned gum with sugar. Now we get to buy gum with unnatural chemicals that turn into horrible chemicals in the body. Give me sugar or give me death!
