Dirt Storms and Sobriety

Hasn't been a week yet but haven't had a drink. Even went to Happy Hour on Friday and only had water to drink. No booze but I seem to be overcompensating for that by eating everything in sight. Must be PMS. Working out to the point of exhaustion and getting nothing done at home or work.
The past few weeks the weather temperatures have been much more conducive to running...however the wind has been something else. Before this weekend been having alot of trouble with my allergies..felt like I had swallowed a mouthful of dirt after every run. But Saturday was like nothing I have ever seen before...the wind was intense...blowing the car all over the road on the way to the memorial service in Arlington. During the service I could hear the wind blowing against and around the sanctuary.
When we walked out, the day had turned to an orange twilight. There was so much dirt in the air that I could not see a 1/2 mile down the road. Apparently DFW airport shut down completely. I felt like I was having an asthma attack from just being outside and in the car. No running on Saturday thank goodness as that is a gym day. But nevertheless felt like I wanted to stick a hose up my sinuses to flush.
