Smoked a Cuban

One of the things on my "things to do before I die" list was to smoke a Cuban cigar. So yesterday after my chores were done I sat on the front steps with a Cuban in one hand and a glass of Shiraz in the other. I spent a week researching how to smoke a cigar and how to choose one. I went done to the cigar shop and had a pro pick one out for me. It was like a ritual and quite enjoyable. I still have half left as I was sure I would turn green if I wasn't too careful! But it was an experience and I can now check it off! I'm sure my mom was rolling over in her grave!
