Had to add a post

I saw that I was the featured blog for the day and panicked because I haven't added anything in a while. I've been working ridiculous hours at work and only have about 2 nights a week to cook or to go out to eat with Joe, so I haven't been doing a lot around the kitchen lately. I do have the day off today, though and have been struggling all day with what to make for dinner! I cannot decide what sounds good. I was thinking Thai, but now I'm leaning toward making chicken marsala...and maybe some chocolate chip cookies. Now I am seriously going to get up, get out of my pajamas (I realize that I should not still be in them--it is 3:30 for god's sake), and get out of the apartment to find some food for dinner. I'm going, really...
