Well, when in Seattle, and you MUST visit Seattle, you need to go to Hale's Ales Brew Pub near the Fremont neighborhood. Not only do they brew their own beer (I recommend the Cream Ale) they also smoke their own pork shoulder for their BBQ Pork Sandwich. Served South Carolina Style with Cole Slaw in the sandwich, it is piled high with freshly smoked, pulled pork. As a side, get the steak fries. They are baked not fried. Talk about a GREAT sandwich and even better beer!
