Ahh Lemon Meringue Pie for Breaky!

Yep doing my diet really good. Every week we have treat day at work. Each week it is someone else's turn. This week it was the dreaded lemon meringue pie and tea. Next week I plan to wow. Well I am off camping for a few days now that the rug rats are back in school. I am tiring of the same old fare though so I am searching for some good ideas. I made a big pot of Chili last night and boy it was good. I was midway through cooking it and reached for my chili powder but alas I had none. You would think that living two blocks from the store Hubby could go out and rescue dinner but noooo...anyhow it turned out well. I even froze enough to have chili while camping! Now I am off to search for a good camping recipe experiment.
