Jamaican Jerk Meatloaf

A couple nights ago I was experimenting with meatloaf again. These are not exact measurements, but close enough.
2 lbs hamburger
2 eggs
1/3 cup half and half
10 Club crackers, crushed
1 onion, chopped fine
1 green pepper, chopped fine
1/4 cup ketchup
1/3 cup of Lawry's Jamaican Jerk Marinade
Salt..could probably use at least a couple of teaspoons
Mixed it in the Kitchen-Aid mixer so that it had a fine grain and baked at 375 for an hour. Turned out to make excellent cold meatloaf sandwiches the next day. Almost like a pate.
