Hi I'm Michele. I've been a bakespace member for a year and a half (I think) and I post in the forums daily. I can help you with your Italian recipes or help give you some easy meal ideas if you're new to the kitchen. I like to inspire people to abandon their fears and just get in the kitchen and cook.

If you need help learnng your way around the forums or have any questions I'll do my best to help you. Bakespace is full of friendly people so don't be shy!

This is a picture of me in my kitchen.

Hi Michele, not sure if you saw my post or not, asking about making alfredo sauce ahead of time. I need to know if you can make the sauce the night before, put it in the crock pot in the morning and then serve it for lunch without it separating. SIL volunteered to bring this to Boss's Day luncheon, I think she said she needs it to feed 80!! I have a fake recipe that I make with cream cheese and I know it keeps and reheats well but I have never had luck with the real sauce not separating. She wondered maybe if she should add some flour or something or if she can whisk it back together if it separates. Thanks in advance for the help.
