It's a sauce made of onions, chili, lemon grass, garlic, ginger, coconut milk, dried shrimps. Haven't made it myself yet, but I buy the spice micture occasionally at the Indonesian take away. Actually it should be only chicken and sauce, but I figured that I could cook the beans in the sauce as well and add a bit of fresh onion to make it into a complete meal

I am a Vegan Before 6 for the last three weeks now. My favorite sandwich is peanut butter, cucumber and sambal oolek. I was turned onto it by some friends who live in Rotterdam.
