Why I want to be mentor: SO I can share how good Southern food can be. its a great comfort to me that My mom was able to teach me how to be a good cook before she passed away. My sister was a great teacher too and I'm glad I know this knowledge to share with others
Lesson Learned: to keep it simply. recipes do not need to be hard to be good. I'm still learning and will never stop. it s always good to learn new things.
Tip: Salt the green Tomatoes before your Cornmeal them to fry. My mouth is watering already. :)
