I serve on the board of the Farmers Markets here in Long Beach CA. Every year I desktop publish (meaning that I write and do the page layout)a calendar for the market that includes many recipes using fresh foods. It also has produce selection tips and tips for shopping at the farmers markets. This year our theme is Kids; next year we are tackling World Cuisines. I am already on the hunt for those recipes. I hope to find some good ones here. I have traveled extensively and also taken a South East Asian cooking class. I love to cook. My favorite radio program/podcast is Good Food on KCRW.
