My life is good food and fast cars with a Texan flare. I enjoy making sweets and comfort foods, but always expanding my culinary talents. Cuisines that inspire me the most are country-style, Korean, German, and Tropical Mexican (Yucatan area) cuisines. My love for cooking and baking started as a child when I got tired of boring cake mixes. I am also a nut about culture and anthropology, so I'm always finding ways to sample the flavors of the world and integrate them into my cooking.
