ABOUT ME
Hello. My name is Kimberly, and I live in Toledo, OH. Besides baking and cooking, my interests include tarot, candles, numerology, movies, reading novels (horror/thriller/suspense), music (my musical interests range from Mozart to Nine Inch Nails! I don't care much for country, bluegrass, or rap), thunderstorms, grey drizzly days (especially in the Fall), strolling through cemeteries, and my cats.
My favorite things to bake/cook are cheesecakes, cupcakes, cookies, deviled eggs, nachos, chef salads and macaroni and cheese. I espcially love to make Amish recipes and collect Amish cookbooks.
I also enjoy a good Margarita (my favorite brand is Salvadors...I have yet to make a homemade one!). My favorite ethnic foods are Chinese, Mexican, Italian and Greek. Other favorite foods are Southwestern, Southern, Creole, and pizza!
