I got the love of baking while I moved out on my own and I started experimenting. My signature dish is the cheesecakes. I give friends & family my baked goods for holiday gifts. I would rather bake it than buy it unless I'm feeling lazy. ;-) At least I know what the where the ingredients came from. I've joined a supper club recently so I'm venturing my cooking skills.
