Pink Paradise
To help the BakeSpace clan celebrate their 1st B-day, here's a pink concoction to go with that pink cupcake! (actually taken from "Mr. Boston- the official bartenders guide")

PrintINGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 oz Coconut Rum
- 1 oz Amaretto
- 3 oz Cranberry Juice
- 1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
DIRECTIONS
Combine ingredients in shaker over ice. Shake well and pour into a hurricane or old fashioned glass (I prefer mine in a martini or cosmopolitan glass). Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry. Enjoy!
