Chile Rub
INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Store in an airtight container for up to six months.
  2. Use about a teaspoon for every 3/4 lb of meat
